Micael Sousa has graduated in civil engineering and history, with an MSc in energy and environment and another MSc in heritage studies. He is a Ph.D. candidate doing a doctoral program in spatial planning at the University of Coimbra, and he is a research member at CITTA. He worked in construction management, maintenance, urban and spatial planning. He is a blogger, vblogger, writer, invited lecturer, and speaker. We won the Portuguese trainers prize of 2019 by using games in training sessions. In the last years, he has been developing several projects and research related to modern board games and serious games for entities like European Union, Portuguese municipalities, enterprises, agencies, and universities.
