Registration for the conference is an essential first step for participation. By registering you will receive updated news and useful information regarding the conference, such as accommodation, travel information, important dates, abstract and paper submission, etc.
Authors whose abstracts and papers are accepted will be notified by May 7rd, 2021 and should then pay the early registration fee (byJune 4, 2021) to guarantee their inclusion in the program.
If you will be unable to attend the conference, you can ask to be substituted by a colleague.
If you will be unable to attend the conference and unable to be substituted by a colleague, you may ask to cancel your registration.
For cancellations until May 31 – 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellations after May 31, and before June 11 – 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after June 11.
